How I know that my friends are not subtle:

Situation 1:
Me: I bought stuff when I was shopping today!
Sam: So... is there anything else you're lacking in your life?
Me (already knowing what's going on...): YAH. OWEN HARGREAVES.

Situation 2:
Trixie: What do you want for your birthday?
Me: WOW THAT IS SOOOO SUBTLE!!  I want OWEN HARGREAVES!

Situation 3:
Ching: Clara what do you want for your birthday?

Situation 4:
Ivana/Mingfang/Shuhui (on Facebook): You will get your present when we figure out what to get you.
Me (thinking): If you had 17 million pounds you can buy OWEN HARGREAVES!

Situation 5:
Jean: Clara I'm thinking of getting a laptop bag... where to get ah?
Me: Erm... You have a Mac. The Epicentre has lots. Crumpler also.
Jean: What's your laptop size?
Me: O_o

Situation 6:
My sister: Clara what do you want for your birthday?
Me: Surprise me!
My sister: If you don't tell me then I'm just going to get you that bag!
Me (thinking): Er.... SURPRISE ME!!!!!

Am I that hard to buy presents for? I only want a man who costs 17 million pounds!!! Haha.

Anyway, having you guys as friends (or in the case of my sister, having her as my sister) is the best present :):) AWWW CUE FOR VOMIT. But it's true. So thanks everyone!

Full steam to Moscow!

Sometimes, I feel horrible. Some days just feel like shit. But sometimes... all it takes is 90 minutes, or rather a moment of brilliance from one Owen Hargreaves, to make my world wonderful again.

We're doing FPS at my house now and we're suppose to be discussing. Since I'm at the computer the rest of them don't know that I'm slacking off and not typing problems out. Ok Hong Quan knows and he says:"LIES!" He thinks I have a lot of cute soft toys. He spent the last session waving a soft toy flower around. I have photographic evidence!!

Anyway... Hong Quan says I should blog about how handsome he is. I find it hard to elaborate and give evidence for it. Oops. I'm suppose to be nice to him like how Ivana started the countdown and tried not to be mean to him for a whole week. She lasted 6 days at the peak I think. My first try lasted like 10 seconds. The 2nd try lasted 1 minute. It was really sad actually. The maximum was around 2 days 'cos I didn't see him for 2 days straight.

Disclaimer: I don't like Hong Quan. Since Jing seems to think people will misconstrue the above paragraph to mean that I like him. That is not true.

Ok now we've spent the whole day gossiping. Put the 4 of us and a yearbook in the same room and you get non-stop gossip. Lalala.

Ok we should really do work now. But this is a random update cos I haven't updated in ages!
